REGISTRATION FAQ

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Q: When can I register?

Registration opens March 1st, 2020, at exactly 8:00 AM PST.

Q: How do I register?

Once registration opens:

  1. go to our website's registration page, and complete the registration form

  2. make sure to include the name and email of the partner that you are registering with

  3. we will confirm your registration via email (please be patient with this process)

  4. once you receive our email confirmation, you may pay the marathon fee ($150 each) via PayPal (help us avoid fees by selecting Friends & Family). Payment for both dancers must be received in order to complete your registration

  5. please do not send payment until we send you an email confirmation

Q: What is the maximum attendance?

300.

Q: Will it be role-balanced?

Yes. In order to maintain role-balance throughout the registration process, we are also asking dancers to register in role-balanced pairs. A "role-balanced pair" means a follower + leader pair.

Q: If I can't find a partner to register with me, can I still register?

Email us and we will try to find a partner (no guarantees).

​

Q: What happens if the partner I registered with had to cancel?

We can hold your reservation for two weeks while you find a new partner to register with. If someone registers solo, we can pair you up (no guarantees).

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your registration for any reason for:

  • A 90% refund up until June 1, 2020

  • A 50% refund between June 1 - June 15, 2020

  • No refunds after June 15, 2020
